I worked for Ajay in the summer of 2020 as a social media intern, and I can honestly say that it was one of the most educational experiences of my life. I have known Ajay as a family friend for years. After having the opportunity to intern for him however, I can now call him a lifelong mentor whose advice has helped define my career path.
During my internship, my team and I worked to create social media strategies for content creation on Instagram, YouTube, and Yelp for our customer CareeRising. Through this process, I gained important professional skills like leadership, time management, and workplace communication as well as practical skills like strategy building and content creation.
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Ajay and AAG and have learned a lot from my time working here. As a Biology major, getting the opportunity to work in a data analytics setting has greatly enhanced my career opportunities and outlook, and I look forward to using the skills I learned here in my professional career. I would highly recommend anyone to reach out to Ajay about interning for AAG as a way to both broaden your professional horizons and gain a mentor along the way.
